Our customer range goes from large clinics to wholesale companies around the world. (B2B). We do not sell to private persons.

Do you sell authentic products?

We only sell original products from international aesthetic manufacturers or official distributers.

What is the origin of your products?

We only purchase from international aesthetic manufacturers or official distributers. The origin of our products is from Europe.

What currency are your prices in?

Our prices are in EURO (€) and USD ($).

Which payment methods do you accept?

We only accept prepayment paid by Bank transfer.

Which courier company do you use for shipping?

Transportation is an outsourced activity.

We ship with the world’s leading courier companies DHL Express and TNT and for all cold chain pharmaceuticals we ship with Kuehne+Nagel, which are one of the leading courier in the medicine industry.

All transportation of pharmaceuticals are done according to GDP and all chauffeurs are trained in GDP.

We ship every business day of the week. All packages are always carefully sealed and securely protected.

Can I track my order and is the package insured?

We will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow the shipment until received. All packages are insured.

Which countries do you send to?

We ship to most parts of the world. Please contact us for further information. However, you will as importer be responsible for complying with your local legislation for importing the product to your country. You will as well as importer be responsible for any local import taxes and/or local import fee for importing to your local county.

How much does shipping cost?

You will only be invoiced the actual freight cost depending on your choice of express or economy shipment. The cost is based on weight and volume.

Can I add products to my existing order?

You can always add more products. Please send an email with the products you wish to add and inform about the product name, product ID and amount.

Can I pick-up my order in your warehouse?

You are more than welcome to arrange shipping with pick-up from our warehouse in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We do not accept any returns or exchanges unless we have delivered a wrong product to you.

What is delivery time of my order?

We are pleased to inform that we carry a large daily stock of all standard items and can normally process your order same day as we receive you order/prepayment. If a product is not in stock lead time is normally 3-5 working days.

Can I have my products shipped in a neutral export carton?

Yes, we offer to ship your shipments in neutral cartons providing you highest possible discreetness.

What kind of shelf life can we expect on products ordered from you?

We always guarantee minimum 12 months remaining shelf life on the products we supply and very often significantly longer. If shelf life is shorter on the product we intend to ship you, we ask for your approval before shipping.

Do you sell other products than presented on the website?

We have another range of products that are not presented on our website. Therefore, please do never hesitate to inquire for products you do not see on our website at any time as we most likely can provide it to you.

How do you store aesthetic pharmaceuticals?

All pharmaceuticals are kept with the existence of cold storage controlled room (2-8°C) and ambient storage area; the items are being handled effectively according to their characteristics. Daily reporting and controlling are done in both the cool storage room and the ambient room to assure correct temperature.

Our warehouse is validated and licensed by the Danish health authorities and are fully compliant with EU and Danish GDP guidelines

Handling of aesthetic pharmaceuticals?

Nordic Medical Solutions has a standard procedure for all goods received which is described in existing SOP´s.

If goods are delivered according to documentation and accepted, they are quarantined until a second control is performed where the following is being controlled:

  • The product name, strength and size
  • Form
  • Batch number
  • Expiry
  • Suppliers name and address
  • Temperature during transport
  • Damages

When these controls are performed and accepted the goods is registered in the warehouse management systems and stored according to the goods specific storage requirements.

How do you handle deviations?

If deviations are discovered the shipment is subject to dual control.

Upon completion of this control, if the deviation is still present, Nordic Medical Solutions will contact the designated supplier.

The goods are placed in quarantine, awaiting further instructions.

This is standard procedure and is described in existing SOP´s.

How do you handle recalls/falsified products?

Nordic Medical Solutions has a procedure for the recognition and documentation of identified or suspected falsified products and recalls.

It is ensured that the authorities and the authorization holder are informed immediately.

Our warehouse has a quarantine area for identified or suspected falsified products.

This is standard procedure and is described in existing SOP´s.
